Justin Elpers, Amy Canterbury and Mike Goebel were all present.
Pledge of allegiance was recited.
Kathy Glaser was unanimously approved for another term on the Burdette Advisory Board.

Oak Hill Reconstruction. Federal funds of $481,800 have been approved for this project.

Annual report was due and submitted today for the Municipal Storm Sewer System which indicated we are staying within the guidelines.

Zach from Burdette Park informed the commissioners that two billboards were going up on Diamond Ave. and Hwy 41 to advertise the shelter houses and chalets. Funds were included in the budget.

Unanimous approval was given to relocate the drainage and easement from lots 8 and 9 of the Vanderburgh Industrial Park for Poligram to double the size of their building.

Tonya Webber from Veteran’s Services a report. They are working to get more people involved in their services. They have a new employee who is a retired Air Force veteran.

Noah Robertson reported that SWMH will be providing services to Opioid Settlement project. SWMH will be announcing this through the Evansville media.

Bids were read for Milling and resurfacing of County Roads; bids were Rudolph $1,328,241.40, EB LLC, $1,247,279.63, Jerry David $1,273,154.91. Bids were approved for advisement.

The issue of radon has been resolved at the Old Courthouse. Results will be verified so the Old Courthouse can be moved to 501C status.

$7064.15 was approved to pay for work completed to remove trees due to storm damage.

Update on the Pidgeon Creek Watershed. There was a lengthy conversation about this project. There is a log jam in the creek that is part in Vanderburgh County and Warrick county. The jam is causing damage to farm land. There are state and local requirements that must be met.

A motion was made to adjourn the meeting. Motion was approved.
